1) USA Hosts | Key Events will accept tour registration through US Mail, fax and website registration. Payment can be made in US Dollars by personal check, American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
2)The tour registration cut-off date is March 12, 2010. Should registrations be received after this date, they will be considered on a case by case basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests. Should you need to cancel your registration before the tour cut-off, USA Hosts | Key Events will make a full refund. Cancellations after the tour cut-off date will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Unless USA Hosts | Key Events cancels a tour, refunds will not be issued for varying weather conditions.

3) USA Hosts | Key Events has the right to cancel any tours if the minimum number of attendees is not met. If a tour is cancelled due to lack of minimum attendance, you will be notified after the registration deadline, and the registration fee refunded in full, unless an alternative tour choice is selected. Please register early to prevent cancellation.
4) Early registration is recommended in order to guarantee your space.
5) Minors must be accompanied by an adult on all tours.
6) ) Tours will depart from the Parc 55. Please arrive in lobby for tours 15 minutes prior to start time.
